Almost 24 years later...

Hello again!                     I just realized I never really introduced myself...silly me. No time like the third post to do so. My name is Liz Taylor, however, for some of you it's Elizabeth, Liz, Lizzie, Lizard, Beth...well the list goes on.                I recently graduated (January 2017) with my Bachelors Degree in Photography and Graphic Design. It's now a week away from April 1, three months after graduation, and almost two months before my 24th birthday...my how time goes by.        Have you ever taken a moment to think about how much God has blessed you within so many years of your lifetime?         Every so often I find myself taking a step back and looking at the different blessing and accomplishments God has given me in my lifetime (almost 24 years long). In my almost 24 years of life I've traveled the world as an Air Force kid, have two best friends (one from TX since I was in 6th grade, and the other from SC since I was in High school),  married the

I'm STRUGGLING!

Good Evening!                     I hope you all are having a great week so far! Have you ever been one to make new years resolutions? Do you find that the month of January you are motivated and excited about your new years resolutions/goals for the year? How are you feeling by March?         I am that one person who starts off every new year with a similar goal as the year before to eat better ( healthier), work out more, and overall have a healthier lifestyle. This year was no different, at least when it came to the health and fitness goals for the year. Honestly I am STRUGGLING!!! It's March...month number three into my new year and I feel off my game.        This week I wanted to lay in bed and not do much of anything. But I was reminded one morning that God did not give me each new day to lay around and do nothing, but to do what He is calling me to do. It's not always clear what God wants me to do every moment of my every day life, but to lay in bed, watch Netflix

hello world!

Hello!                     My name is Liz...this is my very first time posting on my blog!                  "Story time with Liz" started off one Sunday night when I shared a story to the teens from our church youth group after their praise team practice.  My hope is that these stories I share will inspire, encourage, and bring hope!          God has a plan for each of our lives.  I know this to be true because He has showed me in so many ways. Some ways were more trial and life lessons to be learned and others were taking a leap into the adventure He has write for my life.         I hope this brings you hope and encouragement to your day!         Until next time                  Liz        { Jeremiah 29 : 11 }        For I know the plans I have for you", declares the Lord,        "plans to prosper you and not to harm you,         plans to give you hope and a future.
